Job description About the job You will optimize the IKEA Shopping experience in your area of responsibility to secure satisfied customers and increase sales through your knowledge of the IKEA range, life at home and the local market competition in all sales channels and the customer\xe2\x80\x99s ever changing shopping behavior. You are to lead your multi skilled frontline team to contribute to maximizing sales potential, turnover, volume and profit by securing the easy buying experience of the customers. Your assignment
Understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 shopping behavior, retail trends & life at home and use the knowledge to make informed business decisions that give us a competitive advantage
Ensure sales and profitability is secured through sales steering and range efficiency to maximize growth
Securing your area of responsibility in excellent shape as new, fully stocked with high level of merchandising basics in place
Analyze and follow up on forecast adjustments to optimize product availability when sales patterns change
Take responsibility to achieve goals set for my area of responsibility and communicate the action plans clearly to my team
Work closely with Floor Manager to analyze and follow up on qualitative and quantitative performance; securing commercial opportunities and priorities in a multichannel environment.
