About the job
As a member of the Business Navigation team, you will play a key role in providing financial analysis and lead the staff optimisation process to deliver to the needs of the store. You will be involved in the staff planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, translating the store\xe2\x80\x99s strategies and goals into performance measurements through analysis and benchmarking. Working with multiple functions across the business, this is a highly visible role that represents a great opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of IKEA commercial operations.
