What the role is:The role of the intern will be attached to the Institute of Leadership and Organisation Development (ILOD).What you will be working on:This intern will support the research work in the institute by conducting literature reviews on emerging topics related to leadership and organisation development, assisting with applied research projects (e.g., data collection and analysis), and designing research-based materials for outreach purposes.What we are looking for:Background in psychology/social sciences, able to conduct a literature review, able to analyse quantitative and/or qualitative data. Familiarity with R and Canva is a plus.About Civil Service College:The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister's Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we partner government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first-class public service. CSC brings together public officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them with opportunities for learning and skills upgrading.
