The Opportunity

- Location: Buona Vista
- Compensation: $3,000 - $4,000/month
- Duration: 2 months
- Support the coordination and schedule internal/external meetings by liaising with respective vendors/suppliers and stakeholders for the successful delivery of the events.
- Coordinate the production of the program and teaching material as assigned by Learning Manager and support coaches/guests.
- Handle administrative tasks, follow up with different departments, and ensure program logistics such as organizing special events, meetings.
- Min GCE A Levels/Diploma in any field
- Able to work under tight timeline
- Familiar & fluent with Microsoft, Cloud platform, SharePoint
- Immediate candidates are highly preferred
