Role: Samsung Admin

Job Scope:
1) Claim processing:
- To support administrative tasks associated with claim processing; to ensure timely payments made to partners in line with processes and to escalate to program manager for any dispute management
- Performing general office administrative tasks & organising the data
- Maintaining and updating reports and partner records
- To handle work calls to business partners and to follow up on email enquiries

2) Digitalisation Program
- Support the administrative tasks and coordination linked with the digitalisation project
- Following up with the organisation to ensure timely submission of data-entry
- Compiling data and reports and sharing insights to the broader team in a timely fashion

3) Others:
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Maintain a data organisation system for key projects to ensure proper audit trail
- Any other ad-hoc duties as per instructed

Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 9AM - 6PM

Salary/benefits:
- $2400/ month
- up to $100 for mobile bill claim (reimbursement)
- 1 month completion bonus

Location:
- Mainly based @ Mapletree Business City (Samsung\'s HQ)

• might be required to visit stores during launch periods or when manpower is down (to do brand ambassador work)

Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft words/excel
- Able to adapt to fast paced environment
- Willing to travel to retail stores for support during product launch / lack of manpower period
- Comfortable to working in retail environment
- Fresh are welcome to apply
