Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCPs), including inspection checkpoints and testing criteria. Review engineering documents to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and industry standards. Conduct inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and hydro/pneumatic pressure tests to verify material and weld quality. Oversee material receiving, handling, storage, and verify compliance through certification checks and documentation. Monitor welding procedures and welder performance; coordinate inspections and testing of welds and joints. Maintain inspection records, generate quality reports, and collaborate with project teams to address non-conformities and ensure corrective actions.
Job Requirements:

NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields). Understanding design, capable on testing, and quality assurance processes. Possesses basic experience in project management. Strong skills in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of machinery or equipment.
