Job Description

Senior-level implementation professional who performs high-profile, complex, or very large implementations.

Analyze business needs and provide recommendations on how to program the product hierarchy to address the customer\xe2\x80\x99s specifications. Write custom reports and exports, and make modifications to the solution to meet customer\'s needs. Assist with end-user training and take the hotel live on the system after everything has been configured and everyone is trained. Mentor and develop lower level Implementation Consultants. May assist in a presales capacity to help drive sale.

5-7 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to area of focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Senior-level implementation professional who performs high-profile, complex, or very large implementations.

This role requires 3-5+ years of overall experience in an applicable role as an IT or POS Deployment Engineer or as an experienced user of the Simphony and/or RES POS or similar products. Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. THIS POSITION REQUIRES UP TO 25% TRAVEL. The ability to travel as and when needed which can include weekends and holidays is a must. Training in the POS products will be provided in conjunction with shadowing on current installs.
Preference is given to individuals which have the below skills and knowledge:

\xc2\xb7 6 years or more experience working in the Hospitality Industry (Hotels and Restaurants)

\xc2\xb7 Experience as user of POS systems such as but not limited to (Simphony various versions, MICROS 3700/9700/e7, RES)

\xc2\xb7 Technical experience as it relates to installing Hardware and troubleshooting that Hardware

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Cloud based software systems

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of 3rd party interfaces
