The Coordinator, Supply Operations, APAC is responsible for onboarding new customers with Vistar\xe2\x80\x99s different solutions. This is a role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to track success across multiple projects at once, in addition to assisting the wider team with making sure that these media owners get the most out of Vistar\xe2\x80\x99s supply-side products and services. This role provides a great customer experience through training, product education and overall project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Vistar\xe2\x80\x99s supply-side products and services
  • Own the customer onboarding process end to end including;
  • Present project launch meetings and proactively communicate updated to customers
  • Testing and deploying systems integrations between the Vistar and Media Owner partners across the APAC region
  • Assist with platform training of end users
  • Work with the product team to improve our product suite, processes, documentation, and internal tools
  • Backfill Media Owner support items such as platform questions, troubleshooting and optimising revenue opportunities

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • A positive attitude and desire to make clients happy

  • Experience in Ad-Tech and/or digital signage ad-ops
  • Experience deploying and supporting software products
  • Experience in Systems such as content management platforms, Ad-Tech platforms, support desk platforms
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience with at least one programming language
