Job Description
- Adecco is partnering with a Technology Multinational Corporation company to search for an IT Operations Coordinator
- Focus: IT Coordinator / PMO experience/ ITSM
- Office location: Singapore (Central)
- 5 days\' work - Office hours
- 1-3 years of IT Coordinator / PMO experience
- Documentation and basic understanding of system landscape
- Cloud architecture and software development methodology knowledge.
- IT admin / cloud infrastructure skills
- Strong knowledge of ITSM (Incident / change Management)
- Service Management Framework Design and Implementation - Manages IT operations task for Contact Centre.
- Create the operations and maintenance schedule for the systems.
- Helps co-ordinate with the teams to perform their operational activities.
- Prepare relevant system reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborates with managers to set procedures, policies, and processes.
- Identifies ways to decrease expenses and improve system efficiency.
- Handles system related co-ordinations, maintenance activities, reporting and documentation.
- Handle change management activities related to systems and created SOPs along with the tech team and maintain them.
