Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Planning and executing end-to-end implementation process of core banking, Internet banking and credit scoring solutions;
- Evaluating client needs, preparing gap analysis reports, documenting business and system requirements;
- Setting up and configuring system parameters;
- Assisting clients in the data migration and verification processes;
- Testing and troubleshooting final system setup and configuration;
- Providing training and end-user support during and after the implementation process;
- Acting as the primary point of contact for a client to manage expectations, concerns and requirements.
- Supporting pre-sales team in product demonstrations, project scoping and proposal preparation;
- 3 years of experience in the banking industry
- Conversational fluency in English
- Solution-focused approach and analytical thinking
- Team-oriented work culture
- Good communications skills
- Positive attitude at work
- 8 hour shift
- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
