Job Description

Job Qualification:

  • "Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in freight forwarding / logistics company. Basic
Customs knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent in time management and can work well under pressure. Must be a team player.
  • Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Makati City."
:
  • All activities concerning the creation / documentation, processing and handling of inbound
& domestic sea shipments.
  • Generate folder, encoding and manifest submission for all shipments in a TIMELY and
ACCURATE manner.
  • Monitoring shipment arrival and status from carriers and sending same to both internal and
external parties.
  • Regular coordination with agents, shipping lines, forwarders / coleaders for shipment
arrangement.
  • Sending of billing / invoices to customers.
  • Coordinate, prepare and arrange payment to carriers. Qualify documents and endorse
shipments accordingly.
  • Generate secondary and final notices to clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email and phone call.
  • Perform ad hoc duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
