Handle freight forwarding (import & export) documents and process all related paperwork per requirements of client. Provide excellent level of customer service within a freight forwarding environment. Strong communication with colleagues and external agencies. Strong knowledge of operational systems. Maintain daily tracking and provide update status to customers. Ability to negotiate rates. Maintain files ensuring they are costed and billed in accordance with procedures provided by management.
