Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Improvement Project Manager to join their warehouse team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.
Jobs Scope:
Develop a deep understanding of cross-functional program dynamics and identify potential growth areas within the business.
Formulate strategies to improve operational efficiency, continuously evaluating their effectiveness and outcomes.
Lead initiatives such as Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) targeting workplace safety, automation, process optimization, among others.
Manage project timelines, ranging from short to long-term implementations.
Engage with customers through project-related activities and Operational Excellence (OpEx) forums.
Implement and refine LEAN system methodologies across value stream sections.
Drive LEAN work practices, including 6S methodologies and root cause analysis.
Promote employee involvement and commitment to change initiatives.
Encourage innovative approaches and support business leaders in waste reduction efforts.
Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
Requirement:
Degree in related field
Possess Six Sigma (Black Belt) certification is an added advantage
Relevant improvement project experience in logistics industry
