- Oversee and manage tax filing procedures for global subsidiaries.
- Ensure timely handling of all tax-related matters, collaborating with external advisors as needed.
- Assist in designing compliance strategies for financial operations, focusing on transfer pricing and tax planning.
- Provide legal counsel on financial compliance and risk management strategies.
- Support the establishment of internal control frameworks for effective governance.
- Bachelors or higher degree in Law.
- Five years experience in corporate law, tax law, or financial compliance.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and corporate financial compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
