The Opportunity
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- 5 days jobs !

- Diploma/Degree in any logistics related studies
- Min 3 years of experience in inbound/forwarding industry
- Training will be provided
- Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving
- SAP ERP knowledge will be advantageous
- Able to start immediately/short notice
- Close monitoring of all shipments inbound provided by the forwarder
- Escalate and action on issue lanes, shipments, or forwarder
- Participate in forwarders monthly or quarterly business review
- Drive improvements with Supply chain to ensure suppliers/ forwarders are executing correctly
- Onboarding of suppliers to ensure suppliers know what exactly needs to be done in system
- Managed freight claims and investigation
- Assist to perform SAP transaction (i.e. PGI/ POD)
- Assist in administrative tasks.
