Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
DAILY
- Check every Menu items has been created accuracy. Any open food in the system must obtain the approval from authorized
- Any Void, Rebate transaction on POS must obtain the approval from the authorized
- Check discount program is applicable accuracy (discount scheme and user)
- F&B revenue must be recorded accuracy according to profit centre (Sky 28, Room Dining, Pool side)
- Prepare draft Profit & Loss report for every Event, or Banquet
- Ensure all Tax invoices issue right away after services done
- Prepare Daily F&B revenue report (Revenue by meal period and covers)
- Check the allowance and Incidental charge of Long stay guest (Laundry, F&B, Parking, Electricity charge\xe2\x80\xa6)
- Check and follow up with FO for all the incidental charges is outstanding on PM room
- Resolve issue relevant to F&B Tax invoices
- Check payment by F&B voucher
- MONTHLY
- F&B revenue reconciliation from POS & PMS
- VAT report and reconciliation for F&B invoices
- Month end F&B revenue report variances to PPU, Budget
- Calculate electricity charge for long stay guest
- Periodically review Menu list on POS to ensure de-active the out of date pricing
- Follow up F&B Debt with Keppel Projects
- Reconciliation the allowances of long stay guest as end of month
English: speaking & writing fairly

Education: University or College
Experience: at least 1 year as income auditor in hospitality industry
Character: pro-active and dynamic
Sex: Male/ Female
