This role will be key in developing and executing our social media strategy to boost brand awareness, engage our community, and drive customer acquisition. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our social media presence aligns with Circles.Life\'s marketing objectives and brand vision.What You\'ll Be Doing:

• Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Circles.Life\'s brand vision and business goals.
• Develop engaging, platform-specific content (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to showcase our products and services.
• Monitor and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to coordinate campaigns and maintain consistent messaging.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, recommending innovative ways to enhance our online presence.
• Proactively manage any potential social media issues to protect and uphold brand reputation.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, ideally in telecommunications or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to create and edit content for social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.
• Strong writing and communication skills with a creative flair.
• Proficient in social media analytics tools and reporting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple projects at once.
• Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
