We are looking for an experienced and passionate Indian Chef who can prepare authentic North Indian / South Indian dishes with excellent taste and consistency.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare daily meals according to restaurant standards
Skilled in curries, tandoori items, biryani, dosa, idly, chapati, and vegetarian/non-vegetarian dishes
Ensure food quality, hygiene and safety at all times
Manage kitchen operations and assist junior staff
Maintain cleanliness and stock management
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Indian cuisine
Ability to work independently
Good teamwork and communication skills
Able to work long hours / shifts as required
