Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Wholesales/ Retail (Pet Shop)
- Position Title: Indoor Sales Executive
- Working Location: Ubi (Near to the MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday, 8:30 AM-6 PM, Tuesday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic salary + Commission + AWS + Variable Bonus + Dental & Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
- Process large volume of B2B online retailers' orders and marketplace orders
- Keep retailers and marketplace vendors abreast of stock status and offer an alternative product if the SKU is not available.
- Work diligently with your colleagues to ensure timely delivery and self-collection
- Manage high levels of product listings, promotions and marketing activities
- Level-headedly handled issues, sales requests, and operation demands all could happen at the same time.
- Quickly establish credibility and trusted relationships with prospective resellers.
- Become an expert in presenting product and marketing solutions that can help retailers improve their sales
- 2 years of sales support or inside sales experience in the Online and E-commerce market
- Great consultative selling skills and exceptional closing skills
- Unconditional love for animal pets and able to interact with them during roadshows and events
