Job Description

• Location: Buroh St, West Connect Building, 627564 (Boon Lay)
• Working Hours: 5 days/ Mon - Fri 9:00AM - 6:00PM
• Salary: Basic up to $3800 + Performance Bonus
• Industry: Marine, Offshore, Oil & Gas, Engineering (other industries acceptable)

Main Responsibilities:

• Processing quotations, arranging deliveries to ensure customers orders are scheduled ontime
• Following up on sales and purchase orders, shipment and payment status
• Respond to customers\' enquiries including quotations, order status, delivery schedules etc. promptly
• Handles post-sales follow-ups or enquiries from customers
• Ensure closure of sales and purchase orders, documentation keeping, etc.

Requirements:

• With Diploma in Business or relevant studies
• At least 1-2 years of sales coordinator and purchasing duties experience
• No issue to work at Boon Lay area
