Salary: $1,600 - $2,000 + High Commission
Working days: 5.5 day work week
Location: Changi / Ubi / Jalan Besar branches
Job Scope:
Provide sales and local purchasing support.
. Process sales/purchase orders, tax invoices and coordinate on local deliveries and overseas shipments.
. Ensure completeness of billing documents, proper housekeeping and filing of all necessary financial records.
Process and receive inventory transfer orders.
Perform counter sales duties to generate sales and profit for the Company.
Back up any branch operations as and when assigned to any branch location (Changi, Jalan Besar, Ubi or Jurong Port).
To assist in adhoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
At least 1 year of relevant working experience
