Sales Executive (Packaging Industry)Salary : $2,800 - $3,000 + commission5 days work week [ Monday to Friday ]Office working hours : 8.30am to 6pmLocation: Ubi, SGJob Scopes:

• Presenting the products and services to the customers.
• Identifying the potential customers via cold calling.
• Working in collaboration with the team members.
• Meeting the monthly sales goals and expectations.
• Taking feedback from the customers and working upon them.
• Making sure the customers are well informed about the sales proposal.
• Tracking and analyzing the sales performance metrics.
• Understanding the current market potentials.
• Resolving customers complaints and issues if any before making the sale.
• Building a positive relationship with the customers.
• Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and developments in the industry.
• Prepare Quotations for prospective customers.

Min. 3 year experienceResponsibilities:

• Handling and manage incoming phone call and address to customer inquires
• Provide accurate information about product and service, answer question and resolve emerging problem
• Generating sales leads, assessing customer need and problem solving
• Introduces new product, develop marketing strategic as well as pricing strategies
• Oversea merchandising and inventory level
• Support in marketing activities and creating marketing material
• Provide product information for updating on company website
• Provide support to sales tram from time to time
