Indoor Sales Executive
Basic Salary: $2600 - $3800 (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: 10am-7pm (Mon to Sat)
Location: Ubi
Job Scope:
Welcome and assist walk-in customers by answering their inquiries and recommending suitable digital lock and smart home products.
Respond to online enquiries and arrange appointments for customers to visit the showroom and view physical products.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to provide professional product advice.
Follow up on sales opportunities and assist customers in completing the order process.
Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Provide after-sales support, maintain customer relationships, and gather customer feedback.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities; regularly report sales performance and market insights.
Occasionally participate in roadshows to promote products and enhance brand exposure.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, preferably specializing in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively assist walk-in customers.
Familiarity with smart home or electronic product sales is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
