Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of interdepartment communication, compliance, and performance metrics.
• Creation and management of escalation, feedback, process improvements, policies, documentation systems, schedules, and supply chain.
• Finding and resolving risks, issues, and overall improvement opportunities.
• Maintains safety, security, orderliness, and cleanliness at the workplace.
• Regular performance feedback and reporting.

Job Specifications:

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related technical course.
• Minimum 3 years experience in office administration or any applied engineering/technical work.
• Proficient in spreadsheet functions and reporting.
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Knowledgeable in systems thinking and process improvement.

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Industrial Engineer: 3 years (Required)
