This position would be part of IE Layout team within the Industrial Engineering (IE) Planning Team. This team is responsible for owning the strategic and tactical planning drawings and metrics for Technology Development (TD); establishing fab level and sub-fab level space planning. Communication & Collaboration

• Partners with key stakeholders to provide clear key performance indicators
• Creates and delivers presentations that clearly articulate complex issues and solutions to a broad audience
• Establishes trusting relationships across local and global partner groups and drives improvement solutions that meet the needs of the customers
• Provides regular status updates to stakeholders and clearly highlights potential risks
• Works with and leads technical teams to research alternative technical solutions and address critical/major layout planning issues

Project Management & Planning

• Identifies project requirements, plans tasks to meet timelines and holds stakeholders accountable for deliverables
• Represents PR&D Fab areas and coordinating design relocations, upgrades, remodels, and expansions
• Enables Fab equipment layout and support planning

Technical/Data Analysis

• Creates AutoCAD/Revit drawings for all equipment installations, de-facilitations, and relocations
• Maintains drawings and documentation for equipment and equipment activities
• Creates and maintains production equipment layouts that optimize production output and minimize impact to facilities
• Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions utilizing a structured approach

• Excellent multi-tasking, time-management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
• Proven ability to communicate complex analysis in a succinct, clear, and actionable manner
• Proven ability to plan, drive and complete projects effectively
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and Power Point
• Demonstrated ability to organize and efficiently facilitate meetings and project teams
• Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex problems and address root causes
• Advanced data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills
• Advanced understanding of statistics
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD
• Intermediate skills in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
• Intermediate understanding of database management methods and techniques
• Preferred skills in computer science (SQL, python, etc)

Education & Experience

• Minimum required: Technical Associate's degree
• Preferred: BS in Engineering field
• Preferred: MS in Engineering field
