Harmonize and govern direct personnel planning and area requirement planning systematics backend wide. Develop and implement productivity improvement methodologies to drive towards operational excellence. Provide expert guidance and training on personnel efficiency optimization and layout planning systematic. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Industrial / Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering with more than 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry with global/ regional exposure Domain knowledge in Industrial Engineering or related field will be an advantage. Excellent leadership with solid communication skills and project management experience. Certified in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or possessing experience in applying DMAIC principles will have a distinct advantage Prior experience in factory layout planning, and personnel requirement planning is preferred.
