Job Description
Responsbilities
- Provide engineering supports such as capacity, process flow & layout planing for new products from concept to launching
- Lead in the implementation of Industrial Engineering method/technique/tools as well as developing/enchancing work and operationg process
- Reponsible in initiating, proposing and managing conitnuous improment projects/Budgets and timeline
- Prioritize projects that meet to company short-term and long term strategies
- Liaise closely with Manufacturing and testing engineer on improving the cycle time
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or it\'s equivalent
- At least 2 years related working experience in Manufacturing/Semiconductor industry
- Hand on experience in implementing lean initiative and lead continuous improvement projects
- Knowledge on Lean Six Sigma such as 8D, 8 wastes, DMAIC
- Possess lean six sigma green belt is an added advantage
