• Perm
• Portfolio: Manage leasing for flatted factories, data centers.
• Must have industrial leasing with min 4 years
• Preferably with flatted factories/data center experience

• Lead and manage the leasing team to maximise occupancy for the industrial properties.
• Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company\xe2\x80\x99s industrial portfolio
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
• Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting (2 times in a year)
• Carrying out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support
• Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing
• At least 4 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills
• Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will have added advantage
