Job Description

Provide industrial engineering support to manufacturing e.g. layout, process/material flow. Lead a team in productivity & cost improvement Perform cost estimate study for potential products Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and standards. Work with product team to implement new ideas to optimize resources Develop and establishes work standards, routing. Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions Plan and set up manufacturing lines. Support new models start-up and engineering change orders Participate in cost and quality improvement. Provide supervision to work group. Tracks CAPEX spending on new manufacturing lines to be within allocated budget Drive LEAN methodologies during new manufacturing lines setup Utilize Value Stream Mapping

Requirements

At least a Degree in Mechanical /Electronics/ Industrial Engineering or Equivalent Have strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills. Minimum 5 years' working experience in electronics manufacturing or within similar applications
