Our client is a leading company that empowers gaming and champion sustainable gaming communities that includes gaming marketing and event organiser.Job summaryTalent Sourcing:

• Discover and source new talent
• Research and provide talent suggestions (hosts, esports athletes, digital influencers).

Content Production Support:

• Assist production by identifying talent, content themes, locations, trends, and gaming events.

Talent Management:

• Draft/negotiate talent contracts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with talent/influencers/agencies.
• Support talent improvement in content performance and reputation.

Team Collaboration:

• Liaise with other departments within the company.
• Collaborate effectively within a team.

Business Development:

• Contribute to business development by identifying relevant influencers.

Project Management:

• Facilitate and coordinate various detail-oriented talent needs.
• Prioritize and manage high-volume work.
• Oversee quality control and assurance of deliverables.

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Independent and collaborative work style.
• Commercially astute and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Established relationships within the influencer industry.
