Adecco is partnering with a client in within the supply chain industry. They are looking for Infor Techno Functional Consultant with experience in Infor M3, ION, MOM and Java/Python to join their team in Singapore to support internal users in the company.

Position Summary:

• Provide support and maintain e-commerce, ERP, CRM, and other systems.
• Act as a liaison between users and external support.
• Manage user onboarding and system databases.
• Collaborate with third-party developers.
• Develop and enhance data processing solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various systems.
• Analyze incidents, provide insights, and report on solutions.
• Conduct end-user training and handle user requests.
• Analyze business requirements and draft functional descriptions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and document code and interfaces.
• Manage software development life cycles.
• Enhance and work with complex enterprise applications.
• Create solution designs and documentation.
• Assist in project implementations and process improvements.
• Stay updated on technology trends and propose solutions.
• Lead high-quality delivery and track project status.
• Develop UAT and end-user training for M3 System and related applications.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma in IT or related field.
• Experience with Infor M3, Infor ION, M3 MOM, Mongoose, and MEC tools.
• Proficiency in Java/Python.
• Database management skills, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Scripts.
• Working knowledge of integration tools.
• Familiarity with web design is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical matters clearly.
