Are you an experienced Information Security professional with financial industry experience? Our client, a Financial Institution, is seeking an Information Security Manager to join their team. The Information Security Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation complies with industry-specific security standards and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of their systems and data. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls to meet industry-specific security standards and regulations.

• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and controls.

• Work closely with internal teams to identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.

• Provide guidance and support to the organisation on all security-related matters.

• Conduct security awareness training for employees and stakeholders.

• Maintain a current understanding of security trends, threats, and vulnerabilities.

• Ensure that incident response plans are in place and regularly tested.

• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.

• Provide reports to management and risk committees on the state of security compliance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in information security or related field.

• Strong knowledge of security standards and regulations, including PCI-DSS and MAS TRM.

• Experience developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and controls.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin as you will need to work closely with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Experience working with external auditors.
