Job Description

Our client is in the Environmental industry, they are one of the leading waste management solutions providers in Singapore. They are looking for a Information System Engineer to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in the West area - easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

System Design & Deployment

- Design and implement information systems architecture, develop integration solutions, and translate stakeholder requirements into technical specifications.

System Maintenance & User Support

- Monitor performance, apply updates and backups, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and provide technical support and training.

Security & Compliance

- Implement cybersecurity measures, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct audits, vulnerability assessments, and phishing awareness training.

Data Management & Analytics

- Support data warehousing, maintain data integrity and availability, and assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools.

Innovation & Process Optimization

- Evaluate new technologies, automate workflows, and improve system efficiency.

Digital Transformation Initiatives

- Contribute to cloud migration projects and other digitalization efforts to enhance organizational capabilities.

Requirements:

Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. Minimum 1-2years of experience in IT support. Experience in Microsoft Navision ERP, Power BI/Jet Reports/QlikView implementation including development, testing and reports. Experience in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure) Database (SQ/NoSQL), and Networking. Knowledge of cybersecurity Principles and Compliance frameworks.
