Drive the adoption and Users competencies of O365 application across the organization, providing advice on the skills and knowledge needed to support these applications in the future.Job roles & responsibilities: - Understand and translate business needs/ processes into IT solutions- Strong domain knowledge in channels/touch points with experience managing projects related O365- Deliver high quality office productivity tools, transform the way of work in the company and increase digital literacy of users.- Drive the adoption and Users competencies of O365 application across the organization, providing advice on the skills and knowledge needed to support these applications in the future.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
