We are seeking a talented HR System Analyst with a strong IT background to join our dynamic team.Responsibilities:
IT Systems Integration:
Collaborate with IT department to ensure seamless integration of HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll, performance management) with the company\'s overall IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to HR systems and provide timely solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that the HR system meets their specific needs
Deliver training programs to staff on how to effectively use HRIS systems
Data Management and Reporting:
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS system, including data entry, validation, and reporting
Utilize HR data to generate meaningful reports and insights for strategic decision-making.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential cost savings.
Process Automation:
Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Implement and maintain automated workflows and systems.
HR Operations Support:
Provid HR operations support ie) employee onboarding, offboarding.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their unique HR needs and providing tailored solutions.
Proactively address stakeholders inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of internal customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices and employment laws
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR technology tools.
Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
