Responsibilities:

Oversee IT Project Implementation & Integration including planning, monitoring, execution and closing to ensure projects are delivered on time as per specification and requirement within the budgets and resources defined by the management team
Draw up and maintain accurate, detailed project plans
Manage stakeholder expectation and execute on project deliverables
Assist in Business Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, capturing business and user requirement
Act as the Point of Contact for stakeholders, vendors and the internal project team
Establish Risk Management and mitigation plans
Prepare and provide timely project progress reports, project plans and documents
Ensure that ICT processes and procedures are continually reviewed and improved, and changes are communicated and implemented effectively

Requirements:

Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
5-8 years of experience in IT Project Management, handling multiple large scale IT projects
Minimum 3 years of experience in application integration and implementation
Candidates who are familiar with applications involving Xero, Grabscan, Quickbook and Dragonvault will have added advantage
Good business analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Experience working in the healthcare industry will have added advantage
