inBFSI, Retail Banking, Payments, and Wealth Management
. Hands-on experience inmulti-vendor delivery environments
with proven coordination and governance skills. Certified expertise inproject management
with strong knowledge ofAgile methodologies
. Sound technical understanding ofsoftware development, testing, and cloud technologies
. Experience in deliveringfixed-price projects
, managing scope, timelines, and budgets effectively. Familiarity withoutsourcing models, commercial engagement frameworks
, and vendor management. Proficient inITIL processes
, with a track record of drivingproductivity and efficiency improvements
. Active participation inRFPs, bid processes, and vendor transitions
, ensuring seamless project handovers.Leadership & Soft Skills
Exceptional
communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
skills with the ability to engage senior client executives. Proven capability inexecutive reporting
