Singapore, SingaporeCompany: Singtel GroupPRIMARY PURPOSE:
To join the server team as part of the FM team that will oversee day-day operations and print SetupRESPONSIBILITIES:
Active directory administration

• Setup Domain controllers, have knowledge on configuring DNS/DHCP roles and setting up/checking AD replication between AD sites to ensure domain/forest level health.
• Create, manage and edit GPOs to push down security settings to enforce compliance for servers, push client desktop settings , as well as review for security audits
• Manage AD user account password policies, troubleshoot on account lockouts causes.

Server administration

• Manage a variety of server roles ranging from Active Directory/Certificate services/DNS/DHCP/File services
• Setup, maintain and troubleshoot Windows OS issues/performance as well as monthly PM patching
• Monitor of hardware health and performance issues, escalate to vendor and carry out part replacements where necessary

VMware

• Setup, configure ESXi VM within a VMware environment and day-day operations for VM patching of the hypervisor
• Maintain health of vCenter appliance, centralized monitoring of CPU/memory/datastore capacity and performance within vm cluster
• Manage permissions of Vsphere roles/security settings, and review/configure esxi hardening standards

Print technologies and Server management

• Monitor and manage Schools Print VM health and ensure Print VM availability to provide print service
• Work on and coordinate with other backend team on Schools Print service request
• Escalate and work with Canon on Print service application level issues in Print VM
• Work on setting up Print queues in Print VM, and creating print GPO for Canon to configure and deploy print settings out to school end users
• Bring up and configure system settings on spare Print VM for Canon team to work on Print service failover (manual) in event of Print service outages as outlined in Print Failover Matrix
• Handle Print incident tickets escalation to troubleshoot and resolve Server infrastructure related causes or route out print issues if determined to be of other causes or handled by other Core teams
• Work with Print vendor to fulfil school requests for print quota management and colour control
• Troubleshoot and manage print processor drivers compatibility for different printer models
• Provide Monthly Print SLA reports

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate should at least be able to work with simple powershell for system management and AD related commands for mass account management/reporting.
• Good to have Microsoft system background or certification
• Ability to work with simple powershellfor system related commands for mass account management/reporting.
