Responsibilities:

• Administrative support and internal Helpdesk to managed the assigning of cases to engineers.
• Manage Service tickets and contract verifications.
• Check the accuracy of the incident and assigning to OneCare engineers ensuring meeting of SLA.
• Managing and updating clearances for various projects and timely renewals
• Update CMP and Service Now Records.
• Creation of Service Now tickets for fault calls logged directly to OneCare Team team.
• Assist in vendor call routing incidents for 3rd party vendors (UPS and Cabling)
• Provide daily report of incidents/cases.
• Consolidate and report open/pending cases for all engineer.
• Work directly with NCS C5 Service Desk for any process and clarifications.
• Maintain 3rd party vendor contact list.
• Maintain and manage OneCare staff clearances for various projects.
• Maintain and manage CV and certifications for all OneCare staff for tender requirements.
• Validate contract creation for form for data sanity and accuracy.
• Updating new contracts and inventory while ensuring data accuracy for uploading Contract Management Portal and Service Now.
• Updating of inventory records for any change in inventory due to HW replacement.
• Maintain and update vendors and 3rd party contracts into Service Now.
• Update and manage access of OneCare staff to our internal systems.
• Call 3rd party vendors supporting UPS and cabling works until work is delivered.
• Ensure OneCare escalation process when assigning incidents to engineers.

• Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in administration or support role.
• Good understanding of network products and services
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• ITIL certifications are a plus.
