Position summary: Reporting to the Global IT Infrastructure & Security Engineering Manager, the Infra & Security Project Manager experienced in the implementation of infrastructure and security capabilities, is required to manage the delivery of projects, adhering to PMO\xe2\x80\x99s project lifecycle methodology (IT-PLC) and successfully transition to operations and support . The incumbent will work closely with both IT Infrastructure & Security as well as Application teams and Business teams. The position guides complex projects from inception through delivery and support, working in close partnership with solution engineers and business leaders, including project, program, and executive sponsors, as well as other leaders within the business. This role is also in charge of defining objectives, creating plans to achieve objectives, tracking progress against objectives and budgets, driving execution of key projects and programs, and improving project management processes.
Key Responsibilities: I. Develop Project Plan
Develop a project charter to initiate and design program and benefits
Develop milestone, accountability matrix and standard measurement criteria for program
Identify opportunities to improve utilisation of manpower, information and material and/or technology for program implementation
Establish and communicate expectations for periodic and milestone reviews including status reports, program risk identification and other dashboards
Identify, review and level resource requirements to gain efficiencies and maximize productivity
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio and Project)
II. Oversee project implementation
Conduct program kick-off with key stakeholders and communicate deliverables and expectations
Develop the transition and/or integration and/or closure plan by defining exit criteria
Ensure all administrative, commercial and contractual obligations are met upon program completion
Manage risks in accordance with risk management plans
Oversee adherence to schedules, budget, manpower and technical quality targets
Oversee the documentation of scope, changes, issues and risks that affect implementation
Ensure compliance to IT-PLC process, and accountable for TG reviews
Be communicative and social, assertive and enthusiastic

III. Manage people and organization
Manage the budget expenditure and allocation across teams and projects
Monitor and track the project team\xe2\x80\x99s achievements and key performance indicators
Acquire, allocate and optimise the use of resources
Develop learning roadmaps to support the professional development of the team
Coach team members on Agile practices and values
Excellent interpersonal communications skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organization levels
The ideal candidate will have (education & experience):
BSc required (in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline)
PMP/PMI or equivalent certifications
Minimum 8+ years working in MNC with experience in regional/global infrastructure and security projects rollout.
Experience managing IT infrastructure projects in at least 5 technologies out of the following areas:
Azure Cloud architecture and Microsoft Security Tools (Windows Defender ATP, MDE, MDI, MDC, Azure ATP, Azure Security Center)
Hyperconverged infrastructure for on-premise cloud architecture, preferably Nutanix
SAP S/4 HANA infrastructure
Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services
Exchange or equivalent email infrastructure
Internet Routing protocols and technologies including TCP/IP (IPv6), OSPF, BGP, VPN, GRE/IPSEC, D/QoS, etc
Security solution such as firewall (and associated functionalities such as IPD, IDS, AV, Anti-spoof, DoS/DDoS, Policy based routing, Next Gen FW, WAF, etc.), CDN, CASB, SIEM, and Vulnerability Assessment
LDAP, RADIUS, DNS, DHCP, NAC tools

Project Management Skills:
Strong understanding of critical PM concepts such as activity plans, milestones, task dependencies, risk and issue tracking, status reporting. Ability to effectively lead an engagement team, making effective and efficient use of project resources, identifying, and resolving complex problems/issues related to people, processes, and technology and strategy, both internally (organizational) and externally (client/engagement/project).
Strong understanding of, and ability to execute project management methodologies and tools
The ability to function in a fast moving and rapidly changing environment, make quick sense of it all and add value beyond just a task-oriented doer or project manager; display strong oral and written communication skills from the top down; demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills.
The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and balance conflicting demands
The Ability to manage projects and teams that do not always report through the same department
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM
Merger & Acquisition (M&A) integration experience
Certified in ITIL v3 or v4
