Your role

- Enterprise Cloud / Server Infrastructure technologies underpin the firms desire to remain agile, deliver at pace and maintain a cost-effective underlying technology infrastructure. Our infrastructure delivers best-in-class foundations and enables our stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions, services to the firm and our clients.

- Aligning to agreed service level agreements, service and security policies and seeking to constantly improve our service offering and exceed our internal stakeholders, the firms and clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations is key to our success.

The Cloud Infrastructure team is an established global team, who focus on operational day to day support, maintenance, and project delivery for a growing technology scope and remit, including \xe2\x80\x93

  • Enterprise Infrastructure Services \xe2\x80\x93 Server OS, DNS, Storage, SCOM, SCCM, Certificate mgmt.
  • Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Platform.
  • Identity services, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory.
- Seeking an Infrastructure specialist who can demonstrate experience and knowledge across team remit in providing Enterprise Infrastructure operational support and maintenance across a broad spectrum of technologies and solutions, ensuring that they are scalable, reliable and secure.

- Individual will join a skilled, service focused team responsible for the administration, management and delivery of enterprise cloud and server infrastructure services.

- Demonstrate in-depth technical proficiency, analytical working practices and a desire to develop themselves and technologies across a broad technology scope.

- Desire to work closely with all teams in the Technology function and outside the function, such as Risk, Innovation team to strengthen our capability to support services in the firm so that collectively we can provide the best service to our clients.

- Expected to build positive and effective working relationships with our key implementation and delivery third-party partners.

- Due to the global reach of the team, the role will occasionally be required to work outside the core office hours to support colleagues across the globe.

Your experience

- Candidate will demonstrate in-depth technical experience, proficiency, certification, and a desire to actively lead and support day to day operations across the following technologies and solutions \xe2\x80\x93
  • Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, MIM, GPO, SSO, ADFS.
  • Windows & Red Hat server management, MS MECM & Red Hat Satellite.
  • Microsoft Azure Platform / Services / Functions.
  • Enterprise mgmt. of SCOM, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Storage (NetApp), PKI Certificates, KMS Licences.
  • Automation experience in - Powershell, Bash, Ansible, DevOps, ARM, BICEP code.
- Candidate will demonstrate broader experience and knowledge of technologies outside of team scope, including networking, communication and application delivery concepts and usage.

- Have experience in mentoring and upskilling others, creating detailed documentation, and enforcing standard policies and processes, working closely with third parties to implement best practices.

- An effective communicator, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders, and adapt styles as situations require, -for example: can engage business stakeholders by explaining technical concepts in a way that can be easily understood.
