The enterprise Information Technology field is rapidly changing. The explosion of data tied to the ubiquity of digital technologies and services available to consumers is changing the expectations of senior leaders, employees, customers and patients. To address this challenge, IT has established a three hub model in Singapore, Branchburg and Prague to provide a follow-the-sun operational model leveraging networked teams that can better support the business, the patients and make the cross work between different departments and regions more and more agile. We are seeking a talented and energetic Vulnerability Specialist to support our large global network for the company. You will have the opportunity to work on global teams to identify and tackle the biggest opportunities and challenges at the intersection of healthcare, information and technology. This position will report into the Network Reliability Engineering product group that focus on continuous service improvement, drive Network automation adoption in operations and develop meaningful operation matrix and dashboard. Primary Responsibilities

  • Handle repetitive issues and investigations or special request.
  • Address remediation efforts (Long term remediation, Vulnerability, Health checks…etc).
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP protocal stacks.
  • Knowledge in Routing & Switching, Wireless, Load Balancing, Data Center Technologies, SD-WAN and DDI (Cisco, Velocloud, F5..etc).
  • Understanding of Vendor CVE Process and Remediation.
  • Engagement with NS Compliance, IT Security and Vendors to assess CVE and provide remediation status reporting.
  • Required to work over some weekends to accommodate vulnerability remediation activities.
  • Experience with Network Operations and drive Network automation adoptions.
  • Familiar with automation, monitoring and reporting tool such as or similar to (example: ServONE, Ansible, Glueware, NetBrain)
Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Education: MSc Degree or BSc Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • 4-8 years in providing technical support and service delivery in Data Networking and Network Security areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in high pressure dynamic environment and independently prioritize work.
  • At least 4 years’ experience supporting networks for a large company with 10,000 employees or more.
  • Understanding of service management & best practices (Example ITIL) – Incident, Problem, Change.
  • Understanding of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Experience with project management.
  • The selected candidate will have excellent time management skills, be a self-starter, and able to set priorities according to business needs with minimal oversight.
  • A strong desire to locate and resolve the root cause of complex problems.
