Responsibilities

Assists with the installation of new or upgraded network hardware and software
Installs, configures and maintains network and security infrastructure, including core network switches, routers and firewalls
Troubleshoot problems on the MCN2 Network (Vehicles and Vessels)
Installs, configures and maintains TETRA infrastructure

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
Possess Cybersecurity Knowledges preferred
Preferably knowledge in Cisco Networking, Fortinet Firewall, Juniper and HP Firewall
Technical knowledge of installation and support to customers
Basic troubleshooting skills
Standby after office hours as operational requires 24/7 support
Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
Singaporeans only
