• Create incident from event monitoring tool
• Fullfil service
• 24/7 infrastructure system alert monitoring, handling and reporting via call and email
• Execution of emergency and scheduled job operations
• Work request processing
• Contributing to continuous quality improvements
• Reporting and handovers

Qualifcations:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Design, Communications, Information Technology or similar field.
• Experienced in batch montoring and Infrastrucuture monitoring
