Role Overview
We are seeking an
AWS Network Engineer
to support and enhance ourcloud and network infrastructure
.The role requires hands-on experience with
Palo Alto firewalls
,VPN configuration
, andAWS networking services
, alongside a working understanding ofITIL processes
.You will ensure
secure, reliable network connectivity
across hybrid cloud environments.Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain
Palo Alto Firewalls
andGlobalProtect VPN
. Configure and monitorAWS networking components
including VPCs, Security Groups, Route Tables, and Load Balancers. Respond tonetwork incidents
andservice requests
in line with ITIL best practices. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensuresecure connectivity
. Maintain accurateconfiguration, process, and change documentation
.Requirements
Proven experience with
AWS networking
(VPC, NAT Gateway, Security Groups, Load Balancers, Route Tables). Hands-on experience withPalo Alto firewalls
andVPN (GlobalProtect preferred)
. Basic knowledge ofITIL processes
(Incident, Change, Problem Management).Certifications
