Job Description
We're looking for a skilled
Network Engineer
to support and optimize our cloud and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, VPN configuration, and AWS networking, with a solid grasp of ITIL practices. You'll help ensure secure, reliable connectivity across our hybrid environment.Key Responsibilities:
Manage Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN. Configure and monitor AWS networking (VPCs, Security Groups, Route Tables, etc.). Handle network incidents and requests in line with ITIL processes. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams. Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations and procedures. Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Knowledge of AWS networking (VPC, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, etc.). Familiarity with ITIL (Incident, Change, Problem Management). Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills. Certifications in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or networking are a plus.
