In the context of team expansion, Neurones IT Asia is looking for a Infrastructure Project Manager in This role is an integral member of the Neurones-IT Global Project Team, managing projects within the client program.

Major Job Activities \xe2\x80\x93 Regional Level

• Accountable for operational results of projects and project team deliverables, particularly project scheduling, product delivery, and customer satisfaction at regional level.

• Works in partnership with the stakeholders to develop and drive requirements for improvement and development projects.

• Manages project schedules, backlogs and priorities to program management requirements.

• Reviews and reports any product delivery failures or customer issues to Project Director.

• Develops processes and standards to be submitted to the Project Director.

• Ensures high customer satisfaction on all support related country team interactions.

• Schedule customer maintenance and support and ensure quality checks have been completed.

• Manages customer interactions by coordinating communication internally and externally with various stakeholders and managing issues to resolution at regional level.

• Translates engineering deliverables into executive communication when necessary.

• Manages engineering deliverables to ensure they stay on track.

• Manages executive updates, posts incident follow-up, and internal and external communications in a professional manner, instilling confidence and accountability.

• Effectively delivers enhanced services with consulting and/or management deliverables.

• Leads deployment and post-deployment relationship with customers.

• Acts as a point person for the customer and account team on items related to support.

• Participates in meetings for service and product delivery updates, when needed.

• Analyzes data and develops a measurable service delivery plan for customers.

• Follow-up tasks with metrics that improve products and deliver stability and enhanced information for customers.
  

• 3-5 Years Project management experience in Network project deployments / Security appliances / Switches and access points / infrastructure is desirable

• University Degree in Engineering, Computing or Technology related field

• Knowledge of Cisco Meraki equipment and Cloud Dashboard

• Prince2 or PMP Certified

• Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 reporting and incident management

• Be able to work under pressure and sometimes after office hours and/or week-ends

• Team player \xe2\x80\x93 willing to go the extra mile for project milestones completion
