Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and resolve network, systems, firewall, and storage-related issues for the company.
• Offer end-user support and training for both hardware and software applications.
• Install, configure, and provide ongoing technical support for workstations, software, communication services, network printing, scanners, biometric systems, CCTV, and other related equipment.
• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for end users on a daily basis.
• Perform system administration and maintenance tasks, including data protection, backups, and managing disaster recovery sites.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot user workstations and computer equipment.
• Monitor antivirus activity, generate reports, and ensure updates are applied as needed.
• Develop user guides and maintain accurate IT records and documentation.
• Manage inventory for hardware and software assets.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the field.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows systems.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, Office 365, SharePoint, and Autodesk software.
