Renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence, the firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Counsel to join their dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:Global Tax Compliance:Oversee and coordinate tax filing processes across all global subsidiaries, ensuring timely and compliant handling of all tax-related matters.Liaise with external advisors, including top-tier law firms, Big Four accounting firms, and compliance consultants, to gather and analyze critical information for senior management decision-making.Financial Compliance Strategy:Assist in designing and reviewing compliance strategies for financial operations, including transfer pricing, tax planning, and risk mitigation.Provide expert legal advice on financial compliance to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and support strategic initiatives.Internal Controls & Compliance:Support the development and maintenance of robust internal control systems across all group subsidiaries.Offer legal opinions and guidance on compliance initiatives to ensure effective governance and risk management.Key Qualifications:Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent).5+ years in corporate law, tax law, or financial compliance (law firm or Big Four experience preferred).Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance.Bilingual in Chinese and English.Singapore citizenship/PR required.Interested candidates may reach out to Emily Yang for a private and confidential discussion.
