to join their expanding

APAC team

This is a rare opportunity to transition from private practice into a high-impact, international in-house role -- beginning in

Singapore

and progressing to

lead and build the Sydney office

The Role

Initially based in

Singapore

, before transitioning to

Australia

to establish and lead a new team. Advise on

complex cross-border M&A transactions

and manage relationships with brokers and external counsel. Collaborate with a

globally distributed team

working on some of the most high-profile deals in the market.

The Ideal Candidate

Mid-level corporate associate

(circa 4-6 PQE) currently at a leading firm in London.

Australian-qualified

, ideally trained at a top-tier Australian firm before relocating to London. Interested in a

long-term in-house career path

with a focus on leadership and growth. Prior

insurance M&A experience

advantageous but not essential.

Commercially minded

, confident managing multiple stakeholders, and comfortable taking on responsibility early. Demonstrates

leadership potential

to grow and develop the Sydney function.
